Make sure to get family room with all comforts and a nice view. And it's big size. The hotel is set in a particularly good location not far from church, monastery and church and a mountain/hills

The hotel location is marvelous, very close to the Sanctuary and a taxi. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. the classic quadruple room had a nice view and provided a good night's sleep with all necessary comforts. the employees were all friendly and helpful.

The room was elegant with a comfy bed and hypo-allergenic pillows. the view from the window overlooking the mountains was beautiful. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the location was stunning, right next to a bus stop making it easy to get around.

I recently stayed at the Palace - Alihotels for a few nights during my visit to San Giovanni Rotondo. Luca, the owner, was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure our comfort. The hotel's location was convenient, only a short walk from the bus station and Padre Pio Sanctuary. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were all fabulous and made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. a wonderful property that exceeded our expectations.

Had an amazing Xmas break at a hotel that offered affordable rates. the staff went out of their way to help, and the breakfast was decent. It was also a convenient location for anyone visiting the sights in the area and located close to the key attractions. the underground car parking was very secure and excellent and provided great peace of mind.

The hotel lacked some facilities that would have enhanced the stay, such as tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge for water, and a couple of glasses and cups. it was affected by some of the noise from outside, and there were no great measures to limit the noise at night, which was a shame.

Breakfast comes highly recommended, featuring delicious croissants. One of the major advantages of this hotel is that there is free parking available.

Some of the rooms may be a bit basic, lacking a mini bar or fridge and coffee/tea supplies.
